What information you have access to

1. Tiresias Data
   You get information for all the financial behavior data of the VAT numbers of your interest, as registered in Tiresias’ Default Financial Obligation System (DFO) & Mortgages and Prenotations to Mortgages System (MPS).


2. Beneficial data (encumbrancer, claimant etc.)
   Additionally, you can choose to get beneficial data information, i.e. who has initiated the legal process of requesting financial claims.
   In addition, you can choose whether you want to receive beneficial data information, that is, who has initiated the process of claiming a debt.
   In this case, you will get detailed presentation of items and the description of the encumbrancer (company name, bank etc.), for each category of information (i.e. order of payments, mortgages, prenotations of mortgage etc.)


3. Company Identification
   It includes all the announcements collected from the General Commercial Registry and registered in the Tiresias’ database for the company you are looking for, such as:
   • VAT ID number
   • Company status (Active, Resolution – Liquidation etc.)
   • Company name
   • Distinctive Title
   • Legal form (S.A., LTD. Etc.)
   • Phone number
   • Sector
   • Business activity
   • Foundation date
   • Address
   • Tax Authority
